After winning the Razzie (prize for worst actress of the year) for her role in the comedy “All About Steve”, she won an oscar last night for her role in the movie “The Blind Side”.
Razzie – worst actress of the year
Bullock was very nice at the yearly Razzies and personally collected the award. Generally winners don’t come and pick up their Razzie-award. She was also rewarded with loud applause from the 700 attendees. Okay she came and pick up her award, but I don’t think she would have picked up her award if she wasn’t in the running for an Oscar.
Bullock gave a comprehensive speech in which she scored one joke after another. She also had a cart full of DVDs of “All About Steve’. A team gave a copy of the movie to everyone in the audience. Oscar – best actress of the year
For the movie “The Blind Side” she recieved an Oscar for best actress. It was the first time she was nominated for this major prize and it was a direct hit! Sandra gave a very emontional speech and burst out in tears at the end of it. Here’s the trailer of The Blind Side:
